Bill Crow Joins Ryan as Principal to Support Continued Growth of State Income and Franchise Tax Practice

Crow has joined the leadership team as Principal, providing leadership and expertise to support the Firm's rapidly growing State Income and Franchise Tax practice. He will be based in the Houston, Texas office.

Prior to joining Ryan, Mr. Crow was the State and Local Tax Practice Leader and shareholder for a Houston-based accounting and business consulting firm, as well as Managing Partner for a Houston-based tax consulting firm. Mr. Crow also has in-depth corporate experience, having served as Tax Counsel for a leading global Fortune 100 company. He brings 15 years of state and local tax experience supporting numerous Fortune 500 clients, with specialized expertise in the oil and gas and energy services industry. Mr. Crow has achieved broad industry recognition for strategic thought leadership, with recent speaking engagements at the Tax Executives Institute and Lorman Education Services. Mr. Crow has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston, Law Center, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with highest distinction from Ambassador University. He has been a licensed member of the State Bar of Texas for more than 15 years.
