BIG SKY, Mont., March 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Following Concierge Auctions' successful sale of three premier Big Sky residences last month, the seller has released another property for bidding. Located in The Club at Spanish Peaks – an exclusive gated community with superior amenities including private ski and golf resort access – Cabin 14 will sell at auction on March 28th. Originally listed for $2.775 million, the auction Starting Bid is $750,000, or the property can be purchased prior to auction for a Buy-it-Now price of $1.32 million.
