Big Red Rooster Adds Talent

COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Multidimensional brand experience firm Big Red Rooster continued growth by adding 10 associates, including three senior leaders to support digital experience, strategy and creative direction.

Todd Haislip joins the Atlanta Office as creative director. He serves as a key client consultant, guiding creative concept and design direction across a variety of media, including print, broadcast and digital. He recently served as creative director at Tailfin Marketing, supporting companies such as Piedmont Healthcare, Southern Company and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Elaine Murray Kleinschmidt joined Big Red Rooster as vice president of digital experience. Kleinschmidt will strengthen Big Red Rooster's existing digital capabilities, delivering immersive, branded experiences for our clients. Prior to joining the Columbus-based team, Kleinschmidt spent nearly two decades on the agency and client side, creating synergistic, multi-channel brand experiences for brands such as Target, Victoria's Secret, VSPINK, EXPRESS, Converse and Gillette Venus. She previously held a creative leadership role at Tween Brands, where she helped create and launch Brothers: a boys apparel brand.

Vice President of Strategy Tim Powell plans and develops brand strategies that foster change and drive business results. With two decades experience in consumer insights, analytics, marketing, brand strategy and experience strategy, Powell provides peripheral vision to drive brands forward. Before joining Big Red Rooster's Columbus Office, Powell led strategic marketing, research and consulting engagements for Hillshire Farms, Sara Lee, Tyson, and more as a principal at Technomic, a leading Chicago-based foodservice consulting firm.

Jeff Arps joined Big Red Rooster as manager of business development. He possesses several years experience helping develop new business opportunities that utilize companies' full capabilities and services. He previously held an account executive position at COACT Associates in Toledo, Ohio.

Visualization Designer Shomari Lambert provides design visualization expertise, translating and applying brand standards to offer consistent brand experiences. He recently received an architecture degree from The Ohio State University.

Jamie Lipps joined Big Red Rooster as a senior environments designer, creating compelling and impactful brand experiences for retail environments. She previously gained experience at WD Partners.

Visualization Designer Curt Resh creates 3D models and designs for a leading service industry client. With 15 years architecture experience, he recently held a position at Edge & Tinney Architects, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio.

Project Manager Braden Schneider produces design documents for retail prototypes. With experience in architecture, fabrication and construction, he brings various points of view to the table and develops holistic creative design solutions grounded in retail realities. He previously served as a project manager for r e d architecture + planning.

Atlanta Office hires include:

Kayleigh Ladshaw joined Big Red Rooster as an account coordinator. In her role, Ladshaw meets deliverable deadlines, offers clear design direction and maintains exemplary communication and relationships among associates and clients. She recently held a marketing/public relations coordinator position at Advocates for Children.

Administrative Assistant Alex Taylor supports the Atlanta team, ensuring effective, efficient company operations. Taylor recently earned a bachelor's degree in mass communications and marketing from the University of West Georgia.
