New hires, promotions signal global growth
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Big Red Rooster, a multidimensional brand experience company that creates the touchpoints, environments, communications, products and services of tomorrow, announced two promotions and nine new hires today, including one associate in Shenzhen, China.
Terence Wan joined Big Red Rooster's Shenzhen Office as a packaging associate. In his new role, Wan addresses client needs and coordinates brand packaging operations. Before joining Big Red Rooster, Wan served as a sales manager for Rock-Tenn Company.

Atlanta Office hires include:
Account Manager Ashley Jackson champions client relationships, serving as a liaison between all internal and external project partners. Before joining the team, Jackson held a project management position at BBDO Atlanta.
Don Rett joined the team as an onsite packaging program manager. Rett utilizes his retail industry expertise to oversee private label packaging and design programs. He previously held an Account Executive position at IMS Fastpak.
Program Manager Danielle Cheek oversees private label brand packaging programs, guiding graphics projects from design to print production. Before joining the team, Cheek served as a graphics coordinator for Kimberly-Clark Professional.
Big Red Rooster welcomed Christina Kelly as an onsite packaging coordinator. She manages packaging projects across a leading client's brands, ensuring flawless packaging program execution. The recent University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign graduate earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising.
Ina J. Bachmann joined the team as an architectural design project manager. In her role, Bachmann leads planning, design and construction coordination for a quick-service restaurant client. She previously held a project architect/associate position at Rosser International Inc.
Columbus Office promotions and hires include:
Big Red Rooster promoted Douglas Burdick to vice president. Burdick guides creative development for major client initiatives and serves as a verbal branding lead while also strengthening the company's growing digital offering. He previously served as director of creative strategy.
Copywriter Beth Grace uses her diverse writing and editing skills to benefit client projects. Before joining the team, Grace worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio as an AmeriCorps service member.
Tessa Menhenett joined the team as an executive assistant. In her role, Menhenett assists the Co-CEOs' day-to-day operations. Menhenett previously held a position at The Ohio State University.
Human Resources Coordinator Britnee Powell demonstrates Big Red Rooster's core values by supporting various human resources initiatives. The recent University of Toledo graduate earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership and Management.
Big Red Rooster promoted Ashley Rowland to experience strategist. In her new role, Rowland continues to translate valuable consumer insights into actionable solutions while formulating and conducting primary research initiatives. She previously served as an analyst.
