COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Nov. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Biblica is pleased to announce that Tracy Thomas has accepted the newly created position of Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) and will begin her role effective November 21.
As part of its new framework for successful Bible ministry, Biblica, The International Bible Society recognized the need for a leader in the areas of donor development and major donor relations.
"We have been seeking someone to spearhead our ministry fundraising efforts," said Biblica CEO, Carl Moeller. "We are confident that we have found that person in Tracy Thomas. She has a strong faith in Christ, an extensive background in fundraising, and an exceptional skillset that will make her a great fit for Biblica. Before coming to Biblica, Tracy spent five years with Bright Hope, as Director of Strategic Partnerships. She was also Vice President of Major Gift Services with Dickerson, Bakker & Associates, where she specialized in revolutionizing how faith-based organizations conduct fundraising.
"Tracy brings with her a much-needed expertise in fundraising development and fundraising strategy," said Biblica COO, Brett Schrock. "We are all expecting great things from her."
