BIAS Corporation Named Atlanta's Healthiest Employers Finalist for 4th Year in a Row

In 2013, BIAS launched a company-wide wellness program, BIAS Fit, with the mission of enhancing organizational and individual health by fostering healthier lifestyles through nutrition, exercise and stress reduction by example, communication and programs. The program has been an incredible success and has brought health and wellness to forefront of their company culture.

Select Atlanta companies were named finalists at the annual Atlanta's Healthiest Employers awards, held on February 15, 2018 at the Georgia Aquarium. Organizations were honored for their commitment to employee health, with exceptional corporate wellness programming. Finalists were evaluated across six key categories: leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics. The assessment is comprised of more than 60 scored questions with a corresponding point value for each answer. The questions contain more than 600 data points for scoring and benchmarking.
