CLEVELAND, June 2, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of ENERGI Fenestration Solutions, Ltd. (ENERGI), a portfolio company of OpenGate Capital. BGL's Industrials team served as the exclusive financial advisor to ENERGI in the process. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction adds to BGL's long track record in the North American window and door and building products sector, and cross-border experience. The transaction included the sale of ENERGI's primary operations as follows:
