LOS ANGELES, July 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BG Medical Technologies (OTC: RIGH) has scheduled a conference call on July 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss operating results and advancements in company strategy.

Topics to be covered will include Q1 and Q2 changes to share structure, the successful resolution of aged debt accrued prior to the January 2012 reverse merger, favorable restructuring of new debt that occurred during the reverse merger period, and the positive impact these events have for shareholders.
