(OTC: VMGI) and Beyondrace.com a wholly owned subsidiary of Verde Media Group, Inc., announced it has partnered with the MOG Music Network (www.mogmusicnetwork.com), the premier destination for music content online and the largest music-focused website advertising network, consisting of over 1,700 music sites, generating 10,000 blog posts a week, and receiving over 60 million unique visitors a month.

Through this partnership, MOG will serve Beyondrace.com a steady stream of new advertisers, as well as helping secure large sponsorships for BRM events, video advertisements and site takeovers.
