Beyond20 ITSM Assessment Wins People's Choice Stevie® Award In 2013 American Business Awards(SM)
20,000 Votes Determined the Public's Favorite New Products
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Beyond20's ITSM Assessment was named the winner of the People's Choice Stevie® Award for "Favorite Business to Business Service" in The 11th Annual American Business Awards today.
The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
The People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products are a feature of The American Business Awards in which the general public can vote for their favorite new products and services of the year. More than 20,000 votes were cast in 34 product categories this year. All new products and services to be honored in the ABA's new product categories were included in people's choice voting.
The Beyond20 ITSM Assessment service is designed to help organizations get an objective baseline of their ITIL / ITSM process maturity, along with a roadmap for short, medium, and long term improvement activities. Beyond20 was also nominated for a People's Choice Award in the same category for its Service Catalog Workshop. In addition to the People's Choice Award, both services were named as finalists for the American Business Awards and will win Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Awards in September.
"We're deeply grateful to everyone who voted for us to win this prestigious award - it's a tremendous honor. Our customers love the ITSM Assessment service because it provides a structured, actionable roadmap that feeds directly into the organization's strategy and provides a measurable service improvement plan that is sustainable over the long term," said Brian Flora, Principal at BEYOND20.
"The People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products are one of the most popular features of The American Business Awards, because they complement the peer-review process of our awards competition with another means of validation for product concepts and performance," said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.
