Beyond20 Awarded ITIL Assessment Contract by Washington DC Superior Courts
WASHINGTON, Oct. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Beyond20 announced today that it has been awarded Contract #DCSC-14-RP-0063 to provide ITIL Assessment services for the Washington DC Superior Courts.
The ITIL Assessment contract was awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from public solicitation. Beyond20 will aid the Courts in more effectively and efficiently managing IT processes, reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction, improving productivity, skills, and delivery of third party services. In addition to the Assessment Report & Gap Analysis, Beyond20 will deliver an actionable Roadmap and Training Plan specific to the Courts' needs - a process not unfamiliar to the Washington DC-based company.
