Beyond the Rack Names Shawn Kernes as VP and Chief Technology Officer

MONTREAL, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Private sales e-tailer Beyond the Rack announced today the appointment of Shawn Kernes as the company's new Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Kernes will lead the company's technology teams in both its Montreal and New York offices.

Mr. Kernes has a wealth of experience in building and managing technology teams. He has held a wide range of senior executive roles in various high growth companies. Kernes was founding CTO and VP Technology at Stubhub, Senior Director of Product Development Customer Support at eBay, and most recently CTO/COO at Cash4Gold - the world's leading online consumer gold buyer.
