Betterworks launches Motivate Days, regional learning and networking experiences for HR leaders and managers
Motivate Days bring leading HR experts and experienced, hands-on practitioners together within their local HR communities to collaborate around motivating workforces to address today's priorities and be ready for tomorrow's challenges
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Aug. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Betterworks, the leading enterprise HR software for Continuous Performance Management®, has today announced Motivate Days – a series of regional learning and networking experiences specifically for HR leaders and managers. Scheduled to be held in cities around the country, Motivate Days offer a convenient way for each area's HR community to engage in active conversation with leading HR thinkers and hands-on HR practitioners. These events will focus on sharing the insights, experiences and tactics today's organizations need to align and motivate their workforces to continuously improve performance, identify and retain top talent and build leadership pipelines to achieve their near- and long-term business objectives.
"We believe in the power of continuous conversations within organizations to motivate employees, managers and teams to their highest levels of performance. And sharing best practices, feedback and coaching more broadly among peers and HR professionals is just as important," said Betterworks CEO Doug Dennerline. "When the best and brightest from the HR industry are able come together to share and discuss their experiences and support each other's development, something special happens. And we're thrilled to host local Motivate Days to support and nurture this powerful collective achievement within each city's HR community."
Motivate Days kick off in New York on Tuesday, September 18 at Dream Downtown, followed by San Francisco on Tuesday, October 16 at HyattCentric.
Noted HR writer and influencer Laura Garnett, chair of the Betterworks HR Advisory Council and founder of Garnett Consulting, will be the keynote speaker at both locations and will share insights from her upcoming book, The Genius Habit: How One Habit Can Radically Change Your Work and Your Life, around driving intrinsic motivation.
In addition, attendees of Motivate Days will also be given access to exclusive insights from Betterworks' 2018 State of Continuous Performance Management research, the first report from which is scheduled for release this September, as well as exclusive sneak peeks into upcoming feature and module releases.
In 2019, Motivate Days will be held in/near San Jose, Dallas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle and Cleveland, with additional locations and speakers being added. Visit Betterworks.com/events for more information and to register for the Motivate Day nearest you.
