Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Appoints Rich DeNicola to Chief Operating Officer
MADISON, N.J., Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate announced the appointment of Rich DeNicola to Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, DeNicola will oversee all aspects of domestic and international business operations, including servicing, financial management, and brand oversight of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate's development strategy. He will transition into the role by year-end 2017. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Sherry Chris. Most recently, DeNicola has served as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales for Better Homes and Gardens Real estate since 2013. Under his leadership, approximately 60% of the current U.S.-based companies affiliated with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise. During his tenure, the brand also expanded into the Bahamas.
