Betsy McCaughey Declares Court's Decision in Virginia V. Sibelius Victory for the American People
NEW YORK, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- "The court's rejection of the motion to dismiss is a victory for the U.S. Constitution and limited government," declared Betsy McCaughey, Ph.D., in response to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Richmond Division) ruling in Commonwealth of Virginia V.
