Bethesda Announces Implementation of Therap to Improve Documentation across National Network of Services

WATERTOWN, Wis., Feb. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bethesda Lutheran Communities announces today its selection of Therap Services' electronic documentation platform to support its mission in providing services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The implementation of Therap's platform streamlines communication, documentation and reporting amongst the diverse array of services that Bethesda provides across multiple states.  

Bethesda needed an easy to use software solution for its 2,500+ direct support staff containing all the information needed to provide necessary supports, allowing them to do what is most important – spend time directly with the individuals they support. 

Therap's unique multi-tiered provider system allows national providers the flexibility needed to respond to state-specific protocols, configuring multiple affiliated accounts to state regulations, while enabling administrative users at the national and front-office level access to multiple tiers and provider accounts.
