HOUSTON, and LIBERAL, Kan., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Best Energy Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BEYS) announced today that it has appointed Mr. John Cortez as Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment ("HSE"), an office recently created by the Board of Directors of Best Energy Services. Mr. Cortez is based in Liberal, Kansas and will work day-to-day with Eugene Allen, Best's President and COO.
Since its founding twenty years ago, Best Well Services, a 100% owned subsidiary of Best Energy Services, has consistently pointed to the highest standards of HSE as one of the reasons its customers choose Best as their provider of workover services.

Continuing our value-oriented pricing and top rated performance on the job, we believe our customers are well served with Best. We welcome the added expertise and energy that Johnny brings to our group in Liberal."
