HOUSTON, April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Best Energy Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BEYS) announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will be available on the Securities and Exchange Commission website at www.sec.gov.
The Company had previously announced its results for the year ended 12/31/09 in a press release dated April 19, 2010.
Best also announced that it has posted an updated corporate presentation on its website (at www.BEYSinc.com) that includes certain financial data on continuing operations for 2009 and certain preliminary results for the first quarter of 2010.
