Best College Values Releases Next in Series of Top Value College Rankings: 50 Top Value Master's in Engineering
RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Best College Values (bestcollegevalues.com) has been steadily releasing monthly rankings of both online and residential programs of study that balance affordability, reputation, and return on investment to bring the best values in education. Recently the website released the next in this series: 50 Top Value Master's in Engineering.
This ranking is limited to schools that are regionally accredited by one of the six regional accrediting bodies. Each school also ranks high in engineering according to U.S. News & World Report.
Site editor Brett Gershon claims that engineering is one of the most lucrative career fields in our rapidly advancing technological society. "Moreover," says Gershon, "one could argue that engineering, more than any other field, advances society by contributing innovative solutions to the most pressing problems of the day." An advanced degree in engineering is widely recognized as one that brings a high rate of return as well as a high rate of career satisfaction.
This Best College Value ranking aims to help aspiring engineers choose a high quality program that balances reasonable tuition, reputation, quality, and a high return on investment. This ranking analyzes the objective factors so that prospective students need not put so much time and energy into the research that accompanies choosing an institution of higher learning.
Placing first in this ranking is the University of California Berkeley in Berkeley, California. Texas A&M in College Station, Texas, and the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, rank second and third respectively.
