Bersin by Deloitte Seeks Examples of Innovative Human Resource Initiatives in Call for 2016 WhatWorks® Award Program Applications

OAKLAND, Calif., July 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bersin by Deloitte today announced the call for applications for its 2016 WhatWorks® Award Program, which honors organizations that have developed and implemented groundbreaking approaches to HR, learning and talent resulting in positive operational and business impact.

Bersin by Deloitte will recognize five finalists at its annual research and development conference, IMPACT 2016: The Business of Talent, slated to take place next spring. The program is offered in an exclusive collaboration between Bersin by Deloitte and the highly respected Human Resource Executive® magazine. Immediately following the five finalist presentations at Bersin by Deloitte's IMPACT 2016, conference attendees will choose an ultimate award recipient.

In addition, Bersin by Deloitte will develop a WhatWorks report on leading practices, findings and observations that emerge from the evaluation process. Findings from that report will be showcased in Human Resource Executive magazine.
