Bersin by Deloitte will recognize five finalists at its annual research and development conference, IMPACT 2016: The Business of Talent, slated to take place next spring. The program is offered in an exclusive collaboration between Bersin by Deloitte and the highly respected Human Resource Executive® magazine. Immediately following the five finalist presentations at Bersin by Deloitte's IMPACT 2016, conference attendees will choose an ultimate award recipient.
In addition, Bersin by Deloitte will develop a WhatWorks report on leading practices, findings and observations that emerge from the evaluation process. Findings from that report will be showcased in Human Resource Executive magazine. Other program-related activities include public webinars featuring specific HR, training and talent management topic areas and leaders.
