Berger & Montague Managing Shareholder Eric L. Cramer To Speak At The 2017 American Bar Association Section Of Antitrust Spring Meeting
PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Berger & Montague Managing Shareholder Eric L. Cramer will speak at the 2017 American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Spring Meeting, which will be held in Washington, DC, from March 28 – 31, 2017. Mr. Cramer will be speaking on a panel entitled "Samples and Averages: When Are They Classy?" He will address issues relating to use of economic and other statistical evidence in support of class certification in antitrust class actions. The session, which begins at 9 a.m. on March 29, includes antitrust lawyers and economists.
Mr. Cramer is a managing shareholder of Berger & Montague, P.C. in Philadelphia, and Co-Chair of the firm's antitrust department. He has repeatedly been selected by Chambers & Partners as a top tier antitrust lawyer; highlighted by The Legal 500 as one of the country's top lawyers in the field of complex antitrust litigation; and been deemed one of the "Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Cramer is a summa cum laude graduate of Princeton University (1989), where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School with a J.D. in 1993.
