Benihana Debuts Limited-Time Seasonal Drink Menu Items

AVENTURA, Fla., July 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Benihana Inc., the nation's leading operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, has announced its latest limited-time drink menu offerings, which will be available exclusively at select Benihana restaurants from July 14 through Oct. 5.

The offerings include three new signature Benihana cocktails, as well as seasonal sake, sake flight and wine options.

The seasonal cocktails include:

The Sparkling Strawberry Sangria blends Absolut Citron Vodka, Combier Liqueur D'Orange, fresh strawberries and lemon juice, topped with Rosa Regale.
The Tokyo Blueberry is a refreshing mix of Pinnacle Blueberry vodka with fresh blueberries, lemon juice and ginger beer.
For a tropical twist, try the Sparkling Pineapple Saketini, a combination of Ciroc Pineapple Vodka and Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur that is shaken with crushed pineapple and then topped with MIO Sparkling Sake.

In addition to the new cocktails, Benihana also has seasonal sake. Kikusui "Funaguchi" is Japan's no. 1 Nama (draft) sake, with undiluted cask strength and offering a fresh, rich and robust taste. Or try a variety of sake options with the Ultimate Sake Flight, which allows guests to choose their own customized sake with three 2 oz. pours.

Benihana's seasonal wine options, Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay and Flor de Campo Pinot Noir, from California are also excellent options for pairing with a meal. Benihana recommends pairing the Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay with its Benihana Delight or the Flor de Campo Pinot Noir with the Benihana Trio.
