Benihana Debuts Handmade Twin Crab Cakes, Available for Limited Time

AVENTURA, Fla., May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Benihana Inc., the nation's leading operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, has announced its latest limited-time menu offerings, which will be available exclusively at select Benihana restaurants through August 8.

Benihana's latest entrée, Handmade Twin Crab Cakes, features jumbo and super lump crab meat combined with red bell pepper, lemon zest, and cilantro. It is finished with panko bread crumbs and served with a creamy Togarashi lime sauce. Guests have the option to add filet or steak to a single crab cake for an additional price.

Benihana's Summer Samurai is a refreshing whiskey cocktail made with Maker's Mark® Bourbon, St. Germain® Elderflower, fresh lime and mint.
The Benihana Long Island Iced Tea combines Bacardi Rum, Hendrick's® Gin, Patrón Silver Tequila, Grey Goose® Vodka and Combier Liqueur d'Orange with fresh lemon sour, black tea and a splash of cola.
Benihana's Sophisticated Ginger is a twist on an American favorite, made with Hangar 1® Vodka, Barrow's Ginger Liqueur, cranberry juice and fresh lime.
