Benefits Administration Profiles Added to AccessISG™ Online

Latest Offering Expands Coverage to Eight Domains and Nearly 300 Profiles

STAMFORD, Conn., March 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Services Group (ISG) (NASDAQ: III), a leading technology insights, market intelligence and advisory services company, said today it has added a Benefits Administration Outsourcing (BAO) domain to the provider profiles now available to subscribers of its AccessISG™ Online service.

BAO is the eighth service domain to be included in the provider profiles listing on AccessISG Online. The newest domain offers detailed profiles on 30 services providers specializing in BAO – including 16 newly listed specialist firms. Each profile includes specifics on each provider's capabilities and experience, global presence, contracts and mix of business, and other market intelligence drawn from ISG databases and subject-matter experts.

Debora Card, partner in ISG's Human Resources practice, said the availability of BAO provider profiles should help organizations make better-informed decisions at a time when many need to re-evaluate their benefits administration service provision. AccessISG Online subscribers are able to access provider profiles through an alphabetical directory that lists each provider and its areas of domain expertise, or through a service provider search tool that allows subscribers to search for providers that match their service domain requirements and either their vertical industry or geographic criteria.

Subscribers have access to more in-depth provider information based on ISG research, but users who sign up for free basic membership can see a company overview on each provider, as well as any information supplied by the providers themselves.

BAO is the fourth Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) domain to be included in the Service Provider Profiles database. Other BPO domains include Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), and Procurement. Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) domains include Application Development and Maintenance (ADM), Data Center (DC), End User Computing (EUC) and Managed Network Services (MNS).

With the addition of BAO provider profiles, AccessISG Online now offers 278 detailed profiles covering 118 services providers across both the ITO and BPO spaces.

Launched nearly two years ago, AccessISG Online is a web-based solution that provides sourcing professionals with on-demand access to market intelligence, tutorials and research.
