DALLAS, Sept. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- BenefitMall, the leading provider of employee benefits and payroll services, today launches enhancements to CRQS, its comprehensive quoting engine for small group benefits. The new modernized proposal features make client presentations easier and faster and reveal a fresh design.
With these enhancements, brokers will have more control of proposal branding with multi-color selection tools and the opportunity to add logos and themes. Brokers will also gain access to the Offline Plan Analyzer which allows them to make plan adjustments within the proposal without logging into CRQS. This tool enhances the pre-existing side-by-side comparison tool. Additionally, brokers will enjoy enhanced renewal quote features.
"We are thrilled to provide new proposal capabilities for our brokers," said Michelle Sheffield, CIO for BenefitMall. "The improved CRQS proposals introduce enhanced offline analysis options and improved census summary, designs and themes."
As a Gold Stevie award winner, CRQS allows brokers to compare plan options, provide rates and collect clients' census data quickly and accurately. The system provides quoting for multiple lines of coverage including medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans. With CRQS, BenefitMall's brokers can find the plan that fits the client's needs more efficiently.
"These improvements are game changers for brokers during open enrollment," said Sheffield. "We listened to their feedback and created the enhanced benefit proposals that they desired to successfully advise their clients."
The CRQS enhancements are now available to all BenefitMall brokers.
