Benchmark Executive Search Promotes Phoebe Henderson to Managing Partner

RESTON, Va., Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Benchmark Executive Search announced today that Phoebe Henderson has been promoted to managing partner and will lead the executive search firm's day-to-day activities. She will work closely with Jeremy King, managing partner and co-founder of Benchmark. 

Ms. Henderson first joined the Benchmark team in 2012 and was initially responsible for end-to-end search execution, client development and expanding the executive search firm's federal IT practice while establishing new practice areas. With her promotion, Ms. Henderson will also oversee growing and developing partnerships, expanding and managing the team, and forging new business relationships with organizations within targeted industries.

Before entering the executive search market, Ms. Henderson built a successful career in satellite technology, where she worked for several leading companies such as Iridium, LLC, Stratos and COMSAT. She has been involved with several non-profit organizations, such as the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). She earned a degree in Justice and Policy Studies from Guilford College in North Carolina.
