BenchMark Energy Corporation Announces New Sales Contract

HOUSTON, Nov. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BenchMark Energy Corporation, (OTC:BMRK) a Nevada corporation ("BenchMark" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Energy Partners LLC ("Energy Partners"), and Kingdom Bio Solutions Inc., have executed a General Agreement of Goods and Services.  Energy Partners will provide and Kingdom Bio Solutions have agreed to purchase 2,300 metric tons, equivalent to 5,060,000 pounds of glycerin.  The Agreement calls for the Glycerin to be refined to meet specifications as required by Kingdom Bio Solutions.  The terms of the Agreement could provide Energy Partners over $260,000 in gross revenue by May 30, 2013, when the Agreement is to be reviewed by both parties for renewal.

Energy Partners is one of the nation's leaders in providing crude glycerin for use as a BTU enhancement or alternative fuel.  Kingdom Bio Solutions is an industrial procurement company offering a wide range of products and services which preserve the environment through reduced greenhouse gas emissions. 

Crude glycerin, a byproduct of biodiesel production, plays a key role in that it is naturally biodegradable, water soluble and nontoxic to humans and the environment.  Glycerin, in various purity states, is used in over 1,500 products including alternative fuels, antifreeze, cosmetics and medicine.
