BellHawk WMS gives a real-time view of inventory and can quickly pay for itself by replacing the use of paper forms and manual keyboard data entry with the use of wireless mobile computers equipped with barcode scanners.
This software is specifically designed for use by organizations such as manufacturers, industrial distributors, food processors and distributors, and other industrial organizations that need detailed tracking and traceability of the materials in their warehouses and stock rooms.
The BellHawk WMS software can be installed on a Windows Server in the client's own facility or at a remote data center. It uses a web-browser interface and can be used with a wide-range of devices for collecting and viewing inventory data.
The BellHawk WMS tracks materials by location, nested container, lot and serial numbers, and expiration date. It tracks the receipt and put away of materials, their withdrawal and return to inventory, and the shipping of those materials. Materials can be placed in designated locations or in multiple locations using a dynamic binning methodology.
With optional modules, users can specify their own data capture parameters, such as length, width, size, color, and quality for both incoming materials and for the picking packing and shipping of outgoing materials. This enables the BellHawk WMS to be used in a wide-range of industrial applications without the need for customization.
BellHawk can be run stand alone or, optionally, interfaced to a wide range of accounting and ERP systems ranging from QuickBooks through mid-range ERP systems such as Sage 300 and Microsoft Dynamics GP. It can also be integrated with E-Commerce websites and incoming and outgoing supply-chain systems, including the generation of EDI advanced shipment notices (ASNs) as well as Packing Slips and Bills of Lading.
The BellHawk WMS meets FDA, USDA, and HACCP traceability requirements and, with an optional module, is compliant with CFR 21 Part 11 and so can be used for Pharmaceutical and Laboratory warehouse and stock-room applications.
BellHawk can be used with pre-printed "license-plate" tracking barcodes or, with an optional module, can be used to print barcode labels in customer specified format for incoming and outgoing materials. It can also be used to track repack, assembly and kitting operations.
