When Heartland was looking for a service provider for Remote Infrastructure Management, they required a partner that had onshore capabilities and competitive pricing. They looked for someone who had the same commitment and passion for providing service onshore with the capabilities to make a smooth transition. With their incumbent infrastructure management partner's contract expiring, Heartland required someone to support rapid growth through acquisitions.

Bell Techlogix worked with Heartland to pull off a successful 6-week transition period in order to be "Live" prior to their previous vendor's services expiration.
