Beck Street Capital Announces Full Lease-Up at 30 West 21st Street

NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Beck Street Capital, a private real estate investment firm, today announced that, with the successful execution of two new leases, its 12-story luxury office building at 30 West 21st Street in New York City is now 100% leased.  The new long-term leases include agreements with Shadow Public Relations and The Continuum Company for the entire tenth and eleventh floors, respectively.
