Beck Street Capital Announces Bleecker Street Lease With Luxury Retailer Michael Kors
NEW YORK, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Beck Street Capital, a private real estate investment firm, today announced that Michael Kors has signed a 12-year lease to occupy a corner retail space located at 384 Bleecker Street in New York City.

The asset, located in the internationally renowned Greenwich Village Historic District, is uniquely positioned on the prime corner of Bleecker and Perry Streets in one of Manhattan's top luxury shopping destinations.
