Beck Street Capital Announces a 5,150-Square Foot Lease With Watermill Institutional Trading at 30 West 21st Street
NEW YORK, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Beck Street Capital, a private real estate investment firm, today announced it has executed a new 5-year lease agreement with Watermill Institutional Trading, LLC to occupy approximately 5,150-square feet of space on the top floor of 30 West 21st Street. Watermill Institutional Trading leased this space for their broker dealer in New York. The agreement, which went into effect on August 9, 2010 and expires on August 31, 2015, expands the Beck Street Capital portfolio lease-up at 30 West 21st Street.
