BeBevCo Cited in Report Forecasting Growing Demand for Relaxation Drinks in 2012

STATESVILLE, N.C., Jan. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo) a developer, manufacturer and marketer of relaxation and energy drinks, announced today that it anticipates a growing marketplace in 2012 for its relaxation drink products, including KOMA UNWIND and the upcoming Relax 5.

Growing per capita disposable income and demand from convenience stores and other retail outlets is projected to benefit the Relaxation Drink Production industry in the five years to 2016, according to the report.

Also, existing companies are already signing nationwide distribution deals, which indicate market acceptance and familiarity with relaxation drinks - so they are not growing from an extremely low base as they did over the prior five years. IBISWorld estimates industry revenue grew at a 68.7% annualized rate over five years, including a 49.5% increase from 2010 to 2011 to total $73.7 million.
