BeBevCo Announces Opening of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary in New York

STATESVILLE, N.C., Oct. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of liquid relaxation & energy products, announced today the opening of their new wholly-owned subsidiary in the New York metropolitan area for the distribution of BeBevCo's products including the number one liquid relaxation beverage KOMA UNWIND "Liquid Relaxation" (TM) the fast rising Relax 5 shots as well as NY distribution of The Hangover Recovery Shot from Hangover Joes, (OTC markets: HJOE) the number one Hangover Recovery shot in the business and the controversial but wildly popular and highly caffeinated Cocaine Energy Drink and shots. The company added over the next few weeks BeBevCo of NY will also be selling its own Piranha Water and Potencia Energy brands.
