STATESVILLE, N.C., April 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of liquid relaxation products, announced today that D. Bertoline and Sons, Inc., a long tenured distributor of 79 years will join other New York area distributors with distribution of KOMA UNWIND Relaxation products. D. Bertoline services two large counties in New York, Putnam and Westchester.

D. Bertoline's service area ranges from north to the Dutchess line, south to the Bronx, west of the Hudson River and east to the Connecticut State line. D. Bertoline and Sons, Inc. services over 2300 accounts.
