From his new post, Martini will oversee manufacturing, planning and financial development for the company domestically and internationally.
Over the last 15 years, BEARPAW has developed an extensive line of footwear that covers multiple categories year round and is available throughout the United States and in over 45 Countries throughout the world.

Martini, who holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Auburn University and a Bachelor's of Science in Business with a Finance Concentration from University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, brings over 17 years of progressive financial management and analysis experience to the position. He joins BEARPAW after a successful ten-year tenure at VF, where he held various positions within the JanSport brand including Controller, Director of FP&A, and most recently Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his stint at VF, he worked at Unilever Ice Cream, General Mills, and W.W. Grainger, Inc.

De Pamphilis brings an extensive background in marketing and sales including her previous years as the Director of Marketing & Communications at GolfBuddy and the Marketing Services Manager at Brown Shoe Company. Edna De Pamphilis holds a Bachelor's of Art in Psychology, Social Behavior and Criminology and a certificate in marketing from the University of California, Irvine.
