Bean Town Meets Capri: Bostonian Sarah Wilson Wins the Tossed® 2011 National Salad Contest With Mediterranean Treat

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Tossed®, home of garden fresh salads, crepe wraps and sandwiches, today announced that Sarah Wilson of Boston is the winner of the Fourth Annual Tossed National Salad Contest.  Sarah's winning entry, Caprese Chicken Salad, will be offered as a featured menu item in Tossed locations across the country during the month of July, 2011.
