New Membership Air Service Offering Scheduled Travel between NYC, Boston, Nantucket and the Hamptons
BOSTON, Feb. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Beacon, a new travel solution for the Northeast, today unveiled it will premiere its unlimited flights solutions for the Northeast in the summer of 2015. Beacon's service will provide convenient and efficient travel between New York and Boston, as well as the summer destinations of Nantucket and the Hamptons. Beacon's announcement today marks the kick-off of its pre-sales period where a limited number of members will be invited to join ahead of the first flight.
The company was co-founded by Wade Eyerly, Cory Cozzens, Reed Farnsworth, co-founders of California-based Surf Air, and Ryan Morley. As former CEO of Surf Air, Eyerly is credited as the inventor of the all-you-can-fly subscription model airline. Having pioneered the concept of subscription air travel, the Beacon team is prepared to build on that legacy by bringing an improved travel experience to the Northeast.

For as low as $2000 a month, Beacon members will get access to regularly scheduled flights, operated by one of Beacon's licensed operating partners, on mid-sized executive aircrafts. With concierges on location at the private air terminals used by Beacon, standing ready to help with everything from car rentals, to drinks or flowers, the Beacon team is marrying high-touch service with air travel to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
