Be a Monster, Saatchi & Saatchi launches its 2014 Internship Program in China
SHANGHAI, June 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On June 6th, 2014, Saatchi & Saatchi officially launched its 2014 internship program, Be A Monster. The program is an extension of the Monsters Attack campaign initiated by the agency this February. Saatchi & Saatchi defines "monster" as the tenacity to take your ideas to a new level, the confidence to summit the highest peak, an affinity for the unorthodox and the radical; Be A Monster means fully unleashing your creative powers and having a youthful spirit at the very core of your DNA.

The application period runs from now to June 30th and is open to young people interested in advertising worldwide. All applicants are required to identify the quality that best embodies their "monster side," and design a monster avatar to represent that aspect of their personality. As an applicant, you can choose any forms of expression, create your own interpretative work, upload it (or a link it) to your Sina Weibo and share it with http://weibo.com/saatchichina.

40 interns accepted will begin a five-week Go Wild trial by fire, lasting from July 14th to August 15th. During this period, stand-out interns may be offered formal jobs or may receive "the ultimate key pass," which will open the door to a formal interview at any Saatchi & Saatchi office they choose worldwide.
Some of the applicants will also be offered a chance to visit Saatchi & Saatchi's Shanghai office on 25th June, when they may enjoy a showing of the latest Cannes-winning ads, then get to meet Saatchi & Saatchi Global Chief Talent Officer, Ben Roberts, who will also share the latest information on the agency 's talent management.
