BCM One Acquires Cloud Computing Company
Acquisition Strengthens Microsoft Cloud Strategy and Customer Deployments
NEW YORK, Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- BCM One, Inc., a leading technology solutions provider,announced today they have signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of CloudStrategies Group, Inc., a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and cloud computing professional services company. The transaction further positions BCM One as a leading Microsoft cloud provider. BCM One's existing expertise is now supported by a team of professionals from CloudStrategies. This team brings years of experience managing customer deployments across the entire Microsoft suite of cloud services including Office 365, Skype for Business and Azure.
CloudStrategies was founded in 2009 and was "born on the cloud" as one of the first Microsoft computing resellers in the industry. The company deployed Microsoft cloud services to over 500 customers nationwide, across various key verticals, and supported the migration of 100,000+ users. Their delivery of services ranged from solution design to migration and also included ongoing training and client support.
