BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Jan. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Treasury Management Services division of BBVA Compass is introducing new mobile and live chat technologies, Compass e-Access® Mobile and Secure Chat*. Through use of these enhanced capabilities, Treasury Management clients are able to quickly and efficiently conduct business transactions to match their changing needs.

Secure Chat allows Compass e-Access users to communicate directly with a bank representative in a real-time, secure environment. Upon initiating a chat session, customers can specify their preferred language and easily select the nature of their question or request. Based upon these selections, they can chat directly with the representative best equipped to effectively provide the information they need.
