BB&T First Quarter 2010 Earnings Conference Call

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BB&T Corporation (NYSE: BBT), a regional financial holding company, will report its first quarter 2010 earnings prior to market opening on April 22, 2010. Chief Executive Officer Kelly S. King and Chief Financial Officer Daryl N. Bible will host a conference call to discuss first quarter 2010 performance on April 22, 2010 beginning at 8 a.m. (ET).
