BBG Appoints Jason Schultz to Director of Tampa Office

DALLAS, Nov. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- BBG, a leading national independent commercial real estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm, today announced the appointment of Jason Schultz, MAI to Director of the firm's Tampa office.

In his new role, Mr. Schultz will be responsible for market valuations, strategic business development, client management and quality control in Tampa's thriving commercial real estate market, which is forecasted to have more than $13 billion in nonresidential and multifamily projects in the pipeline over the next decade.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in real estate valuation and consulting assignments in the Tampa market, Mr. Schultz has been involved in the analysis and appraisal of all property types including super regional and regional shopping malls, residential, retail, office, agricultural, industrial, hotels, golf courses and special purpose properties.

Prior to joining BBG, Mr. Schultz served as a Valuation Director and Specialist with Colliers International in Tampa. Earlier, he was a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Tampa-based Hendry Real Estate Advisors (formerly known as R/E Marketing Consultants Inc.), and an Associate Appraiser at R/E Marketing Consultants.

Mr. Schultz is a Certified General Appraiser in Florida and Georgia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He received a bachelor of science degree in real estate and finance from Florida State University.
