Formerly a strategic account manager for Monster.com, Doug comes to Bayard with a broad scope of recruitment and employment experience having handled and developed strategic domestic and international client relationships with Disney, MGM Mirage and Boeing while at Monster. As a top-performing account manager, Doug achieved success by assisting clients through a consultative approach suggesting best practices with a fluency in job postings, internet advertising and applicant tracking software. During his tenure, Doug also established recruiting relationships with high-profile Fortune 500 companies including Nissan, Hyundai, Harrah's Entertainment, Hilton, Parsons, and CBRE.
Before joining Monster.com, Doug was vice president of sales for October Resources, a diversified executive search company where he was responsible for business development, operations, and sales management.
