To take advantage of the opportunity, BPS needed to integrate the acquired companies and gain control over key processes – from production planning and inventory management to sales distribution and financial controls. While Maverik was running on an older version of SAP AFS, Cascade was using a legacy system – requiring both a significant system upgrade and first-time implementation of SAP. attune's team of experts worked with BPS to implement SAP AFS 6.5 across the companies and create a scalable enterprise architecture that operates seamlessly with BPS's existing technology environment.
