Bateman Group Appoints IDG News Service Veteran James Niccolai to Director of Content and Media Strategy
SAN FRANCISCO and BROOKLYN, N.Y., Sept. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bateman Group, an award-winning integrated digital communications firm, today announced the appointment of 20-year IDG News Service veteran James Niccolai to the position of Director of Content and Media Strategy, effective on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016. With expertise spanning server hardware, semiconductors, cloud services, AI and Big Data, Niccolai will focus primarily on enterprise, developer and infrastructure technology clients, which Bateman Group breaks into two distinct practice areas: The Future of Work and The New Stack.
In this new position, Niccolai reunites with a former colleague from IDG News Service, Elinor Mills, Bateman Group's vice president of Content and Media Strategy. Mills joined the agency four years ago and today leads its Content Studio that last year produced more than 500 pieces of content and 50 data campaigns for Bateman Group's clients. By bringing together Mills' well-known expertise in IT and data security with Niccolai's knowledge of the enterprise and cloud infrastructure markets, Bateman Group expands the depth and breadth of the agency's Content Studio capabilities across a much wider range of technology markets and sub-markets.
