The 15 story building, formerly known as 9841 Airport Blvd. III, was acquired by The Ruth Group, LLC in 2017 and immediately changed addresses and underwent a full renovation. Improvements include a revamped exterior, lobby, common areas and elevators. With convenient access to the I-105, I-405 and SR 1, 5901 Century has a bicycle sharing program, Executive Clubhouse, dog park, gym, airport shuttle, eateries and coffee shops on-site, and a new LAX Metrolink stop is expected to be completed in 2019.
