Barefoot Wine(R) and AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Search for America's Next Volleyball Stars

LOS ANGELES, May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- On the heels of a renewed partnership in 2010, Barefoot Wine and the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball kick off the second annual Barefoot Wine AVPNext Series with 24 new participating leagues.  The competitive event series takes place at barefoot-friendly beach volleyball courts around the country and gives amateur players a chance to go toe to toe against AVP's top professional teams for cash prizes.

The winners from each local tournament will receive an all expense paid trip to the Barefoot Wine AVPNext Cup on Aug. 27, 2010 in Chicago, to compete for a spot in AVP's main draw and a cash prize of $5,000.  The Barefoot Wine AVPNext Cup winning men's and women's teams will compete against AVP pro beach volleyball players.
