DALLAS, Feb. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- BARBRI, a leading legal education provider, has furthered its commitment to the development of legal students and professionals, awarding 90 scholarships to BARBRI student representatives at law schools across the country.
The BARBRI President's Club Scholarships honor and celebrate the head BARBRI student representatives who foster success on their respective campuses by introducing their fellow students to BARBRI's resources.
"At BARBRI, we know that graduation and passing the bar are just the first steps in a successful legal career," said Mike Sims, president BARBRI Bar Review. "So we are committed to providing the resources and educational tools they need to ensure their skills are relevant throughout their professional lives. Fields such as eDiscovery and compliance are increasingly important in today's competitive environment, so it is appropriate to provide access to resources in those areas."
This year's President's Club honoree students will receive their choice of membership in the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) or the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS).
