He is one of the few private sector lawyers to have successfully prevailed on procurement protests before both the General Accounting Office and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Jim is also an expert on GSA Schedule contracting and is frequently engaged by companies to provide strategic advice to enable them to successfully enter or re-position themselves in the federal market. Jim received his law degree from The George Washington University. He is a member of the Virginia State and District of Columbia Bars.
